If you got errors 10054,10060 during server communications in between of operation, you will lose credits.
That errors are due bad internet connection between you and server.
That is not problems of setool2 server, so we can not do anything with it.
In most cases phone IMEI saved in database and you can simple retry operation without additional credits
( the only exception is S1 signatures - they will be charged always )
due different reasons, setool2 server checking timestamp of each packet.
because of that, you must NOT set time on computer lower,than time of previous account usage.
otherwise you will get error.
to resolve that error, you must contact with your reseller, he will reset account for you.
please note,that reseller need to have only account name for that operation, NOT password.
you can (and should) generate new account password with "generate new password" button on settings tab.
new password automatically saved in .ini file, automatically entered in password edit field, written in session log file and written on screen.
keep password in safe place.
once you lose password, the ONLY possible way to retrieve it - contact with your reseller.
however, it is NOT reseller duty to reset password - that is depend pure on him.
if your reseller refused to reset account password, you have LOST account and should buy new.
