my SE w850i is having some problems.
the problem is that, i can't turn it on.

to be more exact, whenever i turn on the phone, the whole screen only display white color and stays like this forever. same thing when i charge the phone. as soon as i plug in the charger to the phone, the screen will turn on automatically and then the whole screen only display white color and stays like this forever. any clues?

the repair guys 'suspect' that it is due to the GDFS being corrupted.

i have read a few threads here, i know SETool can support this phone model.
hence, im thinking of buying it, and then use it to read the phone's GDFS.

but before that, can i confirm that SETool can still recover my contacts & sms from my phone? i kinda need some of the sms badly

select file version
click to download
file download window comes
i select the path where to save.. but after that there comes a window asking username pasword

which username and password i have to put there??????
