Hello everyone, I'm trying to see the status of my logs, and when I give the info button tries to connect to the server and gives me this error.

RUNNING v1.0/UNI

SIGNED MODE (USING SERVER)

bad username/password.
CARD COUNTERS: FLASH 36, UNLOCK 22
Elapsed: 15 secs.

once you lose password, the ONLY possible way to retrieve it - contact with your reseller.
however, it is NOT reseller duty to reset password - that is depend pure on him.
if your reseller refused to reset account password, you have LOST account and should buy new.

but hey sir I generated new password, just like any one day wanted to see the status of my credits and I get this error.

in no time I pressed the button to generate new password, then it happens, "What is going on ??????
