Dear Sir ...

I have enough logs but it say bad username/password.

I have entered correctly the user name password but not get infor


v0.915056/UNI
CARD SERIAL: 000****
Loaded 51 flash descriptors
SIGNED MODE (USING SERVER)
CFG:100000000000
bad username/password.
CARD COUNTERS: FLASH 284, UNLOCK 27
Elapsed: 3 secs.

Also I tried in v915060 and 61.. Its same...

I don't know what can I do...Pls help me Sir

I did not do any mistake....or I did not forget my password also...So I don't know what was wrong...

So pls help me to work...

I changed my password 3 times....
I don't the 1st date
but 2nd date is ----12JAN2010

3rd date is----07FEB2010----

after this I did not change the password..SO te product suppoter..can U help me to confirm this..

also I like to know Is there any changes .

There is a folder named "LOGS" in the setool folder, Open LOGS folder and look for the log of 07 feb 2010 You will find the new password in there. If that password donīt work, check all the logs dated after 07 feb 2010 you may have set a new password by mistake, you will find the passwod there.

I doubled checked what U said.Before I post ,I took all the details from log folder.....

So mr laser please help me to .....I did not changed the password after the above date...SO why I can not use my password?????

Does the fact that the bad username / password. This happening can not be a problem in the equipment, ie the Box ?

I contact with reseller HE TELL ME HE DONT HAVE OLD DATA BASE SO HE CANT HELP ME HOPE MR LASER CAN DO SOME THING
