After install last version i lost my credits

you overwrite your setool2.ini

i have asked the boss about setool update, to please exclude this file.

ask your reseller, if he is so kind, he will help you.
but this is not reseller's responsible.

i dont inderstand this probleme with the setool logs
someone lost credit after update
someone have bad user/password like me
and the onlu answer is ask your reseller

2. there are problems with :
- users, who changing password and loosing new password
- users, who bough credits from not trustable sources, which selling one account to many persons

3. if you want to leave us, i will only be happy - we prefer to work with ppl, who knows what they doing.


ps.
if you do not erased logs directory, you can find you new password in it.

There is a folder named "LOGS" inside the setool folder. Open LOGS folder and look for the exact date you changed the password. Open that log file and you will find your new password.

Are you sure if ask New Password i have this in Logs folder ?
If not ? The Mr the_Laser give me new Password ?
The first time i lost 27 credits .
Maybe is better not change Password ...

Mr laser please understand us ...I have worked in this filed 12 years....I changed my password & I know my password...
but now I can not use my password...

mr lsaer.......Please don't tell like this...even how many times if U tell like this...We will not go away from setool because setool is the best and I am using it very long time...

I have this problem too, but i went to an older version get info , change pass copy new pass and put on the newer version. For me work fine 100% All my credits appear again and ok .
1- i like setool and am sure its a great tool
2- doubts should not be treaten like used to be on mobile files.
3- setool users could also be polite when ask for their doubts, otherwise will hear things they don´t want to. Noone is perfect an noone is a machine, so lets care about this a bit.
4- Lets study, lets search and if don´t find here anymore lets post.

Hello: In my case I have a new Setool logs account bought from Unlockcellular and I can't connect to server01 a single time. Is new account and never can use it becose says "Bad username/password" . Help Mr. Laser. Regards.
