Connect Phone in proper Mode holding 2+5 KEY ...
or Try ...Remove Battery Hold 2+5 then Insert Battery Now Connect Cable to Phone and Perform Unlock ..

Insert first the battery Click Unlock/Repair then press 2+5, hold it down, don't release while inserting DCU-60 cable.

thats random that it wont work u could try to take the battry out put it back in press unlock on se tool then hold the 2 and 8 button then plug ur usb in it may have a hardwere falut with the key pad

and i confirm again not driver problem i just unlocked w595 and went fine
