Are you flashing the phone ... check complete in settings or write a custum package

press flash


phone will be fixed

try to tick unlock/repair function
if the problem is the same
go to setting tab and check the complete phone after flash
and then press flash
thats all...

Need to Customise phone Mate, if its DB2020,DB20212 or PNX5230, Tick on Signed Mode & Customize phone but with the older phone tick on Customize only.

Rest file present or Not Have notthing todo with Configuration Error It only Appear due to Phone Have not been Completed (customized) Yet..Make it and Prob Will be Solved
