which model are you trying ?
via usb or other interface?

By com port cable..... i try W580i and K810i, W200i Even I couldn't identify the phone also.

But.....I tried K700... it can..!!!!

Can i use Normal SE k750 cable for this, which one with SE Tool box?????

Have you install driver properly.
check in device manager.
also you can use se k750 cables.

Friend... what's the Esay way 2 find out/Reset the "User code" for DB2020 phones?

Just select sign mode and press unlock

User code reset to 0000

Some times showing as ...."Restoration files Not Present"
in that case where i can get the rest files???????

For user code no need restore file ,place main part of unsupported firmware in firmware area,press identify and attach phone with unsupported firmware.
this will create restore file.
