Lazer --- Few K790i and k800i Giving me headaches!

I have few K790i/ k790c/ k790a/ k800i all came DEAD ! the guy who gave me this sets use to update these sets with TEMS firmwares! I have done EMPTY FILL (1Log Reset Procedure) GDFS in ssw format then Erom Flashed also with diffrent version ! sets are DEAD ! but Flashing is OK ! After flahsing when i do IDENTITY it still shows TEMS firmware in set ! why the version not change? I have spend 5-6 logs tried on 5-6 sets for RESET process !

My question = after flashing Diffrent Firmwares why it dose not Change the firmware ?? Some one told me Untill the set is not Powerd on After Flashing it will Not change to another Firmware ! but my phones all are Dead ! Flashing No problem! so i can not AGREE that theese are hardware Problem sets !!

I did Empty Fill(reset Process) wrote gdfs K790_GDFS_SSW.ssw then DB2020EROM_CNV_RED52_BROWN_CID49_DB2020.ssw and Finally Full flashed the Phone with Cid-52 MAIN & FS !! set Remains dead ! and in this whole process NO ERRORS !

then i did AGAIN Empty Fill (reset process) wrote K800_GDFS_SSW.ssw and DB2020EROM_CNV_RED52_BROWN_CID49_DB2020.ssw and finally Full flashed Cid -52 K800i flash files ! set remains Dead ! and whole process NO ERRORS !!

because there is no errors in these sets I can not assume that its HARDWARE PROBLEM ! also all the sets same condition also customer saying they are not Fallen down and neither water damaged ! I have also examine the PCB's !

if process done right and without errors, phone should be on, assuming it is hw okay.
succefull flashing does not mean, that ALL hardware in phone okay.

anyway, as last resort try connect battery to phone with swapped polarity for SHORT time.

so solution is simple:

1. flash LATEST firmware version. that is first step and you MUST do it always.
2. if phone has imei mismatch or gdfs structure damaged (gdfs open errors) - reset phone.
2.1 if gdfs okay - do not touch gdfs, just do reset operation and write erom on emptyboard tab (that will fix secunits)
2.2 if gdfs damaged - write gdfs template, then write gdfs package from working phone, then 2.1
3. try to power on phone.
4. if phone does not startup, forget about software problems and search hw problems.

I had TEMS Mobile K790i it got stucked and flashed the handset with the normal CXC1250477_GENERIC_EV R1KG001, But I want to update with CXC1722430 TEMS R2B firmware. Please help me to update my handset to TEMS R2B firmware. and explain how to do that.
