Such issue should be fixed with your reseller

if you have changed your pass, you can still retrieve it from setool.ini

once you lose password, the ONLY possible way to retrieve it - contact with your reseller.
however, it is NOT reseller duty to reset password - that is depend pure on him.
if your reseller refused to reset account password, you have LOST account and should buy new.
