Unlocking help for se elm j10i2

Hi All,

I am new to the forum and attempting my first phone unlock... the phone is on orange uk...

I wanted to know the following things:
(1) Is the firmware for a elm j10 and j10i2 different?? Coz i dont seem to find any mention of a j10i2 anywhere...
(2) I have a SETOOL lite v1.11 where the elm is not listed... how do I go about it??
(3) I also have xs++ with me but i get an error saying the phone is not supported...

I am a newbie... so please help me accordingly

You have to purchase setool2 from your reseller to unlock this phone.

Hi all,

Well I went to couple of guys in the town to unlock it... both stated that they consumed about 2 credits each and still were unable to unlock it... they used setool 2...

i am bout to purchase a se tool 2 , i need to know 100 % if this can reset elm user lock code to 0000 or just remove it please let me know

if you need to reset usercode, better use some online tool for that, no need for setool2.
