i try to unlock
still the phone ask for user code
i use 0000 as the Setool software said
but still is not 0000
also i try to reset with C,..ru..iser still the same
i try with Dream box still is not 0000
what can i do
any help
also i lost credits and still the phone is network lock off
but security code of the phone exist and not removed

not all semc odm firmwares support usercode reset.
flash latest firmware and repeat procedure.

i use the same procedure
still not remove
Wrong phone lock code
any help
i lost 2 credits till now
i dont wanna lost another one
becouse this phone cost 13 euro

How you lost 2 credits ? Flashing is free of cost you can try any other version.

so after flashing
phone again ask for Network lock
so taht is reason why i lost my credits

1. nope, once phone unlocked using altbypass, further altbypass operations not charge logs.
2. r1ca001 is latest, while r1aa029 is oldest firmware.

how to connect the phone? when i connect the phone with usb cable 5300 then phonne power up itself and then charging. can not detect phone

you should use com/ufs as interface and special cable.

first insert the battery then press and hold key 2+5 then connect usb cable and as you insert the cable fastly press power button phone should be detected. also this method works for rj45 cable
