K330 Read Flash .Bin file reading

I performed a read flash on my k330 (ODM) and I got a 40Mb .bin file.I need to find contents of the mentioned .bin file.. like txt messages,contacts,sent messages,settings,jpg,mp3...etc.

someone please tell me how to convert or read the mentioned .bin file in a known format, where i can read the data in my flash chip?

or a software where i can do the job
