if simlock tampered and imei intact (your case) user SHOULD NOT write trim area or touch trim area at all.
instead, user should unlock phone using FULL SIGNATURE UNLOCK.

in current case, trim area can be damaged and reformat required.
full unlock attempt, though, should be done first.

No, there is no solution for that phone - it's bricked. The only chance is send it to sony ericsson service centre for repair.
