Hyperterminal needs to have some settings correct too. Be sure you know the baud rate, stop bits, data bits, parity, flow control and terminal type.
Are they all set correctly.
typ in conection identifier name say test 1 and say ok.the only restriction cannot be a device name eg come 1

from software view all is fine, but access side firmware not starting up.
i can not help you, check phone hardware.

1. as you said, phone was red blink+vibrate, not "on"
2. request or find gdfs package in gdfs request thread, write it to phone and do unlock in alternative bypass mode.

get normal gdfs package.
write it via write gdfs operation.
unlock phone in altbypass mode.
