Sir, please read LOG properly. My problem is LOADER AID.

Phone appears NOT to be supported ...

If I am wrong, I stand corrected. But please ... read logs properly. Loader aids are not same!

it is clearly written - loader aid 004 not support.
i do not have loader for such aid and emma does not have it either (at least on my account)

try download sony ericsson update suite and attach that phone to it - will you able to upgrade phone ?

you should run update service, then connect phone using usb.

in update service application on computer - it says - please select phone model from list.

W395 is not on the list, i am using latest version of update service.

On EMMA server W395 AID0004 gives only the function "Phone code reset" .Is the 1st time that a model released on the market and EMMA does not support it.

if emma give function phone code reset, it has loader for aid004.
please execute function "phone code reset", then give me contents of
x:\xxxx\db\xxxx\blob_fs\
if you have many services, size will be big.
in that case please delete all db\xxxx\ directory, relogin and execute only phone code reset service.

Or if folder is allready open all new files will be added at the end ( thats how i'm finding files-especialy cust- that you don't have on support area ).

Unfortunately when i execute "phone code reset" ,EMMA downloads a "0 Kb" file and when trying to communicate with phone gives error "maybe phone is disconnected" etc.Offcourse nothing new is on folder.

P.S. : Why i don't receive e-mail notification ???

1. aid004 is not on supported aid list for w395 usercode reset, thats why you getting error. so nothing to do now, wait.

So overall, phone basicly doesn't exist on EMMA, so won't exist on SETool anytime soon.

How these phones get released to the public without proper support from SE themselves :S Shambles.

if you want unlock aid004 or repair any other s1 phone, do not bother with credits until s1 signature server will be up.
that can take ages, though.

Solution is =only wait of full signature server in come back in normal.
if you cannot wait use any other third party tool which are giving support to this loader.
