ggflt.sys
ggsemc.sys epiusb.sys
remove them manually if present.
then install gordon's gate from latest setool2 distribution.
attach any semc phone in usb mode so driver will take place in windows.

now you ready.


ps.
even if you receive warning about driver version, setool2 will 100% work, only usb high speed flashing option will be removed.

3. After starting new ggsetup-2.2.0.6.exe, it will offer to uninstall previous version AND DO THAT !!!!! Continue installation until end.
4. Close all programs, and connect any SE Phone in loader mode. "C+USB".
5. After "new hardware found" locate new drivers in X:\Program Files\Sony Ericsson\Gordons Gate\ THIS IS NEW DRIVERS !!!!!!!!!
6. Hardware instaled and ready to use..... Start new SETOOL2 v60 and you will get:

I too have this problem on 2 systems! they are a liitle bit older then the other systems and after reinstalling the new drivers the ver 60 exe doesnt start when i double click it! nothing happens! but when i install ver 58 then it starts without problem? does the new drivers have to do anything with this or soemthing wrong with our systems? pls inform?

I'm working on Siemens Nixdorf Core2Duo 3,2GHz. Full INTEL comp including chipset and blablabla.... (no problem with SETOOL2 v60)
In next few hours, I will test SETOOL2 v60 (original version) on 2nd comp, dual AMD 2,8GHz VIA Chipset.

Windows XP SP3 on both computer. I will test it on Windows 7 to.
But I'm expecting nothing to happend.

worked fine on my main pc (ASUS running vista & xp)

but on friends pc which he had the problem of setool not starting as many reported here.

I use v.xxxxx62 and I install gordon's gate driver. setool recognize driver as installed, but when I connect phone w995 or t715 it install semc driver then on second stage pc try to install generic flash device and pc freeze totaly. There is no previous driver installed because win instalation is new.
