you can:

1. reflash phone in signed mode
2. repeat procedure with "preloader mode" only checked.

use current setool2 version
flash phone in signed mode
repeat unlock using altbypass process.

if you still gettings errors, that can be bad comport cable,other problems on windows or bad phone hardware.
